Change of mind (online purchases)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you normally have 14 days from receiving your goods to tell us you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to return them. Goods must be returned in the condition received. Genuinely personalised goods and opened sealed software may be excluded. Choosing standard components for a build does not, by itself, remove your cancellation rights.

Faulty goods

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under Irish consumer law. These rights are separate from any manufacturer warranty.

How to return

Email hello@liffeyrigs.ie with your order number and a description of the issue before sending anything back, so we can arrange the right handling. Please back up and remove personal data first.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the account that paid, within 14 days of us receiving the goods back or proof of return.

Model cancellation form

You don't have to use this form, but you can copy it into an email to hello@liffeyrigs.ie to cancel an online order.
