2. Prices

All prices are in euro and include Irish VAT. Prices and supplier availability may change before we accept your order. Once accepted, your order stays at the agreed price.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance after receiving cleared payment and confirming availability. If an item is unavailable, we'll offer an alternative or a full refund.

4. Payment

Online orders are paid by bank transfer with an automatic 2% discount. See Payment Information.

5. Collection & delivery

Collection is free. Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery is within the Republic of Ireland.

6. Warranty

Complete systems include a 1-year collect & return warranty, extendable at purchase. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

7. Returns

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Please back up your data before any repair or return.
